Where can I find a DGT service center?

Answer:
In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault please contact the DGT dealer or retailer where you purchased the product. For a warranty claim you may be asked for proof of purchase.
For technical questions about your product you may write to one of the independent DGT Service Centres as listed below, or contact DGT. Listed Service Centres are independent centres approved and supported by DGT and supplied with official DGT parts.
